  This location is hot and cold -- the food is pretty standard and it's mostly fresh and hot and good to go. My complaint is that the inside smells bad even from the drive through it smells like mop water.
  
  The drive thru attendees are usually friendly but not as attentive. I always have to ask again for things I asked for at the speaker.
  
  Again, the food is usually good, but I also like to have a decent experience.

  By far the worst fast food customer service I've experienced ever! I should have known better than to go inside when I first parked. I noticed one of their employees sitting in the parking lot smoking and carrying on a loud, very profane phone conversation.
  
  I went inside anyway. I walked up to the counter and waited. And waited. And waited. Everyone ignored me. I was the only person there. I finally called to the girl working the drive through. She looked at me, didn't say a word, just walked to the back. A couple of minutes later she walks back with a couple of PWT stoners, one of whom was the guy from the parking lot. Apparently it was pretty funny that he left the counter to go smoke. Yeah, real funny. The dude seemed pretty high. I had to tell him twice what I wanted. I guess having to remember two items taxed his drug addled brain.
  
  I would've left this pathetic establishment, but Seffner is lacking in "quality" fast food establishments. The food all sucks and the employees are mostly bitter, surely druggies and other human debris. So I stayed.
  
  The sandwiches were okay. Average. The fries were cold and greasy. We threw them away.
  
  Whoever hired this band of miscreants needs to fired. Yesterday. Whoever owns this place needs to sell it and give serious thought to a new career. Maybe a garbage truck franchise?

  I'll preface, I'm not a Zaxby's fan. Popeye's Chicken is more my speed for fast food fried chicken. But today I lost the great debate of "where do you want to eat lunch" with my 17 year old son. So here we are.
  
  This is a new location in the area. It was very convenient to our next stop this afternoon. I will say, it is not the cleanest it could be inside nor are the trays which you receive your food on and the dressing packets were greasy.  The cashier was rather slow and the manager never stopped what she was doing, behind the counter, to help with the lunch rush.
  
  I ordered the House Zalad with honey mustard dressing and it was pleasantly fresh and well plated. My son got the four piece chicken finger plate, which he always enjoys and today was no exception. It definitely put a smile on his face, I guess that's all that matters.
  
  They have the new Coke machine that allows for any flavor combination you can think of ... I was going for the house specialty, Southern Peach Fizz but they were unavailable during this visit. Rather disappointing.
  
  Parting thought, soaking wet food trays are highly unappetizing, they need to take time to dry them off before putting the customers meal on them! I am only giving them 3 stars out of generosity toward my son's enjoyment of his lunch.

  The parking was crazzyyy. Mind you I did come at 12:15 lol madhouse for people getting lunch! The inside seating is actually very nice, just not much of it! Front counter was a little messy! And the workers were taking a lot of time talking to friends that came to visit. But onto the food! The chicken sandwich I got was pretty good! Nice and flavorful and juicy! Def worth it! My lady got boneless wings! The wings definitely are vinegar based! The food was good though!

  So, I wanted a quick bite to eat and I love Zaxbys so you can imagine my excitement when one opened two minutes away from my house.
  
  I have patroned this particular establishment several times and it seems that Everytime I give it a shot, they sink further down the quality and value scale. I got a Big Zak Snak and while it's not a big portion (not as big as a plate) it is supposed to be a BIG VALUE. However, when I opened the box I was underwhelmed. It looked like someone stared without me. The chicken fingers were good but small and they gave me a small amount of fries. The toast was small and the root beer was flat.
  
  I will not stop going to Zaxbys (the customer service was good)  but I will discontinue going to this one. Very disappointed.
